- Logs are stored locally on your machine and are not automatically transmitted.

The software may communicate with our licensing server to validate licence status and to allow licence transfer between machines.

4.1 Licensing and purchase data
When you purchase a licence via Lemon Squeezy, LLC, we receive from Lemon Squeezy:
- Email address associated with the purchase
- Licence or order reference
Payments and payment card details are processed and stored by Lemon Squeezy LLC; Fetch Media Tools Limited does not receive payment card data. (lemonsqueezy.com)

We store email addresses only for the purpose of issuing and managing software licences and providing updates to software.


4.2 Machine identification data
For licence validation and anti-piracy measures, we store:
- Hashed machine identification values
These values are:
- Pseudonymised using one-way hashing
- Not reverse-engineerable to recover your hardware identifiers
- Used solely to validate licences and prevent unauthorised use

These identifiers may be transmitted to our licensing server when the software checks licence status or when a user moves a licence between machines.


4.3 Support communications
If you contact us for support, we may collect:
- Your email address
- The contents of your message
- Any information you choose to provide

No media files, usage analytics, or local log files are transmitted as part of these checks.

In some circumstances, limited offline licence validation may be available. This is not the default mode of operation and may be subject to time limits, feature limitations, or additional conditions. Where offline validation is used, no additional personal data is collected beyond what is described in this policy.

7. How we use personal data
We use personal data only to:

- Validate licence usage and prevent unauthorised use
